Naturally over time clubs and courses are added or renamed. Our support team prioritises these requests and takes them very seriously. We will do our utmost to get these requests updated and published within 5 working days (usually quicker).
How to start a ticket
There are two ways to report a club missing:
Settings → Contact support → Club Missing
Play Golf → No Results for Search → Contact Support
Through either of these flows you'll be asked to provide more information on the club and then a ticket will be made for you to track the updates progress.
Steps we take to get a club added
We conduct an initial investigation to see if the club has previously been added under an incorrect name or needs minor updates:
It is exists → We will make local updates to our database for the club and you will receive a notification when the update completes.
Doesn't exist → We will get this club mapped out and added (this can take slightly longer as we collect all the needed data on the new club).
In some cases detailed course information and satellite mapping might not exist yet, but we will endure to make sure it's added when it's available.
